GRANDE OPENING CHARITY BOUTIQUE 7TH AUGUST 2010
We are delighted to announce that Health and Happiness in the Highlands will be opening their charity boutique on the 7th of August 2010. The boutique will be called KIST. One meaning of this is a treasure chest.
The boutique is located in the Victorian Market in Inverness (near the model shop).
We will be selling womens clothing and accessories in the shop and we are soon to be launching a website selling ladies, mens and kids clothing.
Please come and see us on the 7th or if you cant make that then come along another day. If you have any good quality, clean clothing or accessories to donate then you can by bringing them along to the shop.

BADENOCH & STRATHSPEY CONTINUE TO LEAD BUSY LIVES
Adult Basic Education classes to run each Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm at the Caberfeidh Bookshop in Kingussie. These classes have proved very popular so contact Brad on 07525324450 if you wish to go along. Remember these classes are nothing like going to school or college!!

Charity Boutique
Really exciting news. Health and Happiness are about to open a charity boutique in the Victorian Market in Inverness.
We will be selling good quality donated ladies clothing and accessories at affordable prices.
We are currently recruiting volunteers for the shop, so if you have a few hours to spare each week and would like to help out, please get in touch. Or perhaps if you have any donations for our shop let us know and we will come and collect.
WEDDING BALL
Health and Happiness would like to say a huge thankyou to Linda Smith, who recently organized a wedding ball in aid of Health and Happiness and The Highland Hospice.
The event went with a great swing and was enjoyed by all.
Thanks also to Torridon who provided the crowd with great music to dance the night away to.
Linda is one of our volunteers who has been with us for many years and hopefully many years to come.

THANK YOU
A huge thank you to the Ramada Jarvis Hotel for allowing us to host a 'Wedding Fayre' at your hotel in Inverness on Sunday 25th of April 2010.
It was a great day where many of our local businesses exhibited to brides and bridegrooms to be and their families.
We hope that the day was a huge success for you all.
The event raised around £1,000 for Health and Happiness and we would like to thank everyone who made this possible.
We hope to organise another event like this with the Ramada Jarvis hotel in September, so if you missed this last one or perhaps just recently engaged, keep checking our website for further details.

Wedding Fayre Ramada Jarvis Hotel Inverness 25th April 2010
It's nearly here. 'The Wedding Fayre'. We have some fantastic exhibitors coming along to the event including Dress 2 Impress, Sweet Treats and Cakes, Flowers by Lee, Tain Kilt Hire, Stuart Photography, Amore Chocolate Fountain, Wonderland Band, Hog Roast Company, Dress the Day and many many more.
Remember everyone is welcome and its free of charge. So if you or someone you know is getting married, why not come along and speak with our exhibitors who hope they can help you make your special day EXTRA special.

2010 CONFERENCE
This years conference was dare I say, even better than last year. Thanks to all of you who managed to come along and bad luck to those who could not make it due to the weather.
Thanks to all our workshop leaders, volunteers and exhibitors.
This year workshops included The Rainbow Singers, flower arranging, health and Zumba.
Also on the day the winners of Come Dine with Me Credit Crunch Style were announced and all those who attended the event enjoyed a meal at the Pavillion from The Red Poppy Restaurant and then danced the night away with the fantastic Torridon.

CONFERENCE TIME IS COMING !!
2010 Conference for Health & Happiness this year will be at the Spa Pavillion in Strathpeffer on Wednesday 31 March. It looks like we are going to have a fun filled day. Workshops include health, singing, flower arranging, zumba and walking. We are also celebrating the finalists of 'Come Dine with Me' and will be showing a film of the 
Health & Happiness version. We have people coming from all areas so we will have a great time socialising. We are ending the day with a 'hoolie' and will dance the night away with local band Torridon.
